As most of you know, the Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 is now completely SOLD OUT! It was a sad goodbye but now we have room to bring in the Cabernet 2008 this June. Get ready for it, its a really fun wine!Also, we have been trying some new and exciting things in the tasting room. If you have come in during the past 2 weeks, you might have noticed we have been going towards a full Italian atmosphere. We are now serving all Italian varietals and pairing food with all of our wines. We are pairing each wine with its perfect match and noticed food REALLY does enhance the wine. It has made the tasting experience for our wine club and other visitors an amazing one.
